Cancellations
Guests are asked to provide the courtesy of 48 hours notice when canceling/rescheduling appointments. If less than 48 hours notice is given, guests will be required to pay a re-booking fee of $25 per service cancelled, prior to rescheduling.
No-show appointments, or those who arrive too late for the service to still be honored, will require a re-booking fee equal to the value of the full missed service.
Returns
I want you to be completely satisfied with any product purchase you make with me. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a replacement product or credit toward a replacement, so long as you contact Nikki Block Hairstylist within 14 days of purchase.
Adjustments
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your color or cut, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Any changes made outside of what was discussed in our consult, are a shift from the original goal, or are a result of improper home care, will result in new charges.
